Overview
Mä́v Zǐōw Vǖy was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1400, by Joúr Vú̄s 'Spring Lily' Ermḗ̄̌ Hä̂féó̄ Vú̄kīnḱ Hāstär Mpfé̄. The establishment of Mä́v Zǐōw Vǖy was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Joúr Vú̄s 'Spring Lily' Ermḗ̄̌ Hä̂féó̄ Vú̄kīnḱ Hāstär Mpfé̄ electing to pay people to resettle in Mä́v Zǐōw Vǖy.
Mä́v Zǐōw Vǖy was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mä́v Zǐōw Vǖy is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Mä́v Zǐōw Vǖy is buildings folow an organic layout of crampt paverstone streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. The town's robustly designed timber walls are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
A look around Mä́v Zǐōw Vǖy seems to be home to a quite vibrant and boisterous community. Everywhere one looks they can see people going out their daily business with a smile and a spring in their step. Children play loudly in the streets, causing untold havoc as youth are want and allowed to do. On second glance, that chaos continues into adulthood. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

Mä́v Zǐōw Vǖy possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.

Cultural Notes
Mä́v Zǐōw Vǖy's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..
Due to the actions of local Kami, winter is short in Mä́v Zǐōw Vǖy.
The Wolpertinger near Mä́v Zǐōw Vǖy are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Mä́v Zǐōw Vǖy's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves orgies to channel Truename Magic energies of tier 3 via singing.
